La Cucina di Villa Ghirlanda is located within Villa Ghirlanda Silva, a 17th-century noble villa in the heart of Cinisello Balsamo.
The villa hosts events, weddings, concerts, cultural initiatives, and exhibitions in its historic halls.
Our restaurant shares with the villa a passion for history and a long-standing experience in the restaurant industry, dating back to 1968.
We have managed restaurants in strategic locations in Milan, such as Ai Balestrari in the Navigli area, Piazza Roma in Via Washington, and in prestigious towns like Cusago with Aquasemagna and Monza with La Cucina di Via Zucchi.
This experience has led us to choose the Historic Villa of Cinisello Balsamo for our new adventure.

The heart of our gastronomic offering is traditional Roman cuisine, featuring creamy pasta dishes that will soon become UNESCO heritage, such as carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe, all prepared according to tradition.
Alongside pasta, we offer iconic Roman main courses, including saltimbocca alla romana, Roman-style meatballs, and oven-roasted lamb, all cooked following ancient recipes.
Another highlight is our Artisan Pinsa, a highly digestible dough that rises for 72 hours, available in both classic and gourmet versions to satisfy every palate.
We also feature traditional Italian dishes, such as the "orecchia d'elefante" (elephant ear cutlet), saffron risotto with ossobuco, sliced beef, and arrosticini—perfect for those who appreciate authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients.
To end on a sweet note, we offer homemade desserts like tiramisù and cheesecake, perfect for rounding off your meal with a touch of indulgence.
